Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• Reception Hours 8.00am to 8.00pm. Check-ins later than 8.00pm by arrangement.
• All tariffs include continental style breakfast.
• Prices include GST.
• A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to secure your booking. Balance on check-in
• This deposit is non refundable if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations or transferred dates made more than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 fee.
• Cash, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
• Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check-out time is by 10.30am.
• Accommodation is non-smoking inside.
• Extra person will incur additional charge of $50 per night.
• Sorry - no pets.
